I wrote about making salsa a few blogs ago and my sister brought it to my attention that I said I make salsa out of potatoes.  What, you have never had potato salsa?  It is all the rage in Idaho.  Kidding.  It just shows you should not be in a hurry when writting a blog.  Thanks to Kelly for pointing out yet another flaw of mine.  What would I do without my younger sister?  Hopefully there are no flaws in this blog as I right (kidding) write it frantically as I get out of here for the evening.

By the way, Happy Birthday Kelly...it is her birthday on Saturday.  Man you are getting old...ha ha.
