I was at a charity golf tournament during the day on Tuesday and then I had to work the 10pm newscasts so I was unable to go to the exciting Brewer game when Prince hit the walk-off home run.  There is so much to do and so little time.  Tina was busy with a Race for the Cure meeting since the Race is this Sunday, so Ali went to the game with my aunt Bonnie.

Ali was so excited.  Bonnie told us all about it that night when they got home and Ali told me all about it Wednesday morning on the way to school...she could not stop talking.  By the way, she slept in until 8am..she was exhausted, but she got to be with Bonnie all evening and see her friend Bernie and the Racing Sausages...she adores Chorizo.  But the Bat Boy stole the show again.  Bonnie said Ali just kept talking about the Bat Boy until the Grounds Crew came out to do touch-ups on the field between a few innings.  She watched them very closely and was upset when they missed a spot of dirt in the infield.  Bonnie said it really bothered Ali that they forgot to rake a small area.  That is my compulsive little girl...she is a neat freak like me and everything must have its place.

She sang "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and "Roll Out the Barrel."  She is very good at it.  I will have to record her singing and then put it on the blog tonight....I will try to remember.

That was Ali's last game this season...she went to 5 games and would go to all of them if we let her.  She is a sports nut...that's my girl!
