It is Opening Day of Brewer Baseball and they are playing our hated neighbors to the south at Wrigley.  It was delayed an hour for rain (go figure, bad weather in Chicago in March...tomorrow snow) but the highly anticipated 2008 Brewer season has begun.  My prediction is that it will be a tight race between them and the Cubs, but the Brewers will win the division on the last weekend of the season against the Cubs here in Milwaukee...this town will go crazy.

I can't wait for Friday...the season Home Opener in Milwaukee.  I will be there for the news and as a fan.  My aunt and I are planning on going to about 25 games again this season...maybe more if Ali wants to go to a few games on the weekends...you know she will.

In addition to the Brewers, it was announced today that the Packers Home Opener will be September 8th against our other hated rival, The Vikings!  If that was not enough, it will be a Monday Night game at Lambeau.  Life is so good!!!!!!!

Yes, I realize it is the first day of the baseball season and I am talking Packers, but welcome to my life.
