I forgot to add the 90 day (April, May, June) outlook from the Climate Prediction Center in Maryland.  No wonder I forgot, the forecast is for normal temperatures and precipitation.  Boring.  We shall see, the weather pattern still looks busy and April starts tomorrow.  SE Wisconsin has received 1-3" of rain today..just imagine if it would have been 2 degrees colder...we could of had 20-30 inches of snow and the snow record.

Oh well.
