Your resource for troubleshooting Flash and Windows Media files on our site.
FLASH
If you can't view any of the flash video (news clips) you probably need Flash Player.
If you have Flash but a video won't load, try hitting F5 in the top row of your keyboard (in Internet Explorer) to reload the video player.
WINDOWS MEDIA
Our raw video and some of our older stories play via Windows Media Player. Here are a couple of links to help with Media Player issues:
Microsoft Support - This should be the first stop in troubleshooting your video playing experience
www.support.microsoft.com/kb/843509
To get the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player.
www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx
If someone is using a Mac and having problems, I would try either flip4mac(it's free).
www.flip4mac.com
or you can try downloading Microsoft Windows Media Player.
These are the most common issues and will usually remedy the situation, however, it is difficult to pinpoint the exact issue without knowing more about someone's individual settings. If you continue having problems, please contact us at webmaster@todaystmj4.com
